4. Collect your visa — processing typically takes 5–10 business days after submission.
Common Pitfalls & Expert Advice

Vague or unrealistic travel itineraries (too much emphasis on work rather than cultural exchange). Bank statements must bear an official bank stamp or authentication. Handwritten application forms with corrections are rejected — use a printed or typed form.
